Shipping

All products listed on the website are in stock and ready to ship with a flat $3.99 rate regardless of order size and/or amount.  With the exception of large, or complex (i.e. international orders), all orders ship within 24 hours of the order date. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your address and options you may choose.

Returns Policy

You may request a return authorization for most new, UNOPENED items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return the items in new condition with all of the original packaging and materials included. The item must not have any signs of any use, damage or alterations (sizing, etc.) We must receive your returned items within a maximum of 15 days from the date we assign you a Return Authorization Number.

If you are returning merchandise as a result of an error on the part of Alumiere.com, or in the event of a defective product, we will exchange it free of charge, or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. Please note that when we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
